Unlimited Car Wash Club Terms and Conditions and Purchase with
Global Montello Group Corp. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “we” or “us”)
By registering to participate in our Unlimited Car Wash Club program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program allows a registered vehicle to receive unlimited “Regular” or “Ultimate” car washes at participating locations for $29.99/month and $49.99/month, respectively, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Vehicles that cannot fit in the car wash are ineligible to be registered in the Program. Once a vehicle is registered in the Program, one of our employees will affix an RFID tag to the vehicle’s windshield and activate it. This activation will allow the car to begin to receive unlimited monthly car washes under the Program. The RFID tag is only valid for use with the vehicle which you registered with the Program. You may not transfer the RFID tag to another vehicle yourself, as any attempt to do so by unauthorized personnel will damage the RFID tag and prevent it from operating. You will be charged $10.00 for the replacement of a damaged RFID tag. The membership is transferable to a different vehicle once a year, free of charge, by authorized personnel at the location at which you enrolled in the Program. You will be charged a $10.00 transfer fee for each transfer thereafter.
You understand and agree that by participating in the Program, you authorize us to charge your credit card account for the Program on a monthly basis. Your first month period of Program membership will begin on the date that you are accepted for the Program (the “Enrollment Date”). Your credit card will be billed for membership in the Program on the Enrollment Date and on each monthly anniversary of the Enrollment Date (each, a “Renewal Date”) until your membership is terminated. If you enroll on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month, your Renewal Date will fall on the 28th of the month.
You may cancel your membership in the Program at any time after the first payment by (i) sending an email with your account information and your request to cancel membership to [email protected], or by (ii) submitting a cancellation request at the location where you registered for the Program. We must receive your notice of cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to a Renewal Date. If we do not receive your cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the Renewal Date, your participation in the Program will not terminate until the end of the next billing cycle. Cancellations are effective at the end of the then current billing cycle. There are no partial month refunds or credits.
Although this is an unlimited use membership, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs, maintenance or weather-related events. There are no refunds, credits, or adjustments for days that the car wash is unavailable. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, including if you do not comply with these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of the Program or to terminate the Program at any time. Any price changes to the Program will be posted at participating car wash locations as well as online at alltown.com and will be applied on your next Renewal Date.
The Program is per vehicle and for personal use only. Taxis, limousines and other for-hire professional vehicles are prohibited. The Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other car wash-related discount offers or coupons. All general rules, regulations and disclaimers of liability posted on signs at our car wash locations or online at alltown.com apply to the Program.
