What is the Alltown Insiders™?
The Alltown Insiders™ is an exciting new way to earn points every time you shop in store or purchase gas. The points are redeemable for discounts on gas and merchandise in store. You can also earn free items in the coffee and fountain drink clubs.
How do I join?
There are multiple ways to join:
- Download the new Alltown Insiders™ App and enter the required information
- Visit alltown.com/insiders and enter the required information
- Pick up a card in store and complete the on-line registration process at alltown.com/insiders or via the mobile app
What are the benefits of joining Alltown Insiders™?
The points you earn are redeemable for discounts on gas and items in-store. You will have opportunities to maximize your points through bonus offers. You will also receive exclusive birthday rewards and other offers. You can also earn free coffee and fountain drinks.
Is the Alltown Insiders™ available at every store?
It is available at all Alltown® convenience store locations. Click here for a full location list.
Is it free to join?
There is no fee to join the Alltown Insiders™.
How do I earn points?
There are multiple ways to earn points
- Use your Alltown Insiders® mobile app
- Swipe or have the cashier scan your rewards card
- Enter your phone number at the pump*
- Provide your phone number to the cashier in store
*This is not available at Alltown sites with Mobil branded fuel
How many points do I earn?
You earn two points for every gallon of gas purchased and two points for every dollar spent in-store or at car wash locations*. You cannot earn points on alcohol, tobacco, gift cards including reloadable, phone cards, lottery, milk and taxes. You cannot earn points on free items.
*You can earn points on car washes purchased in store or at the pump. You cannot earn points for car washes purchased at the coin box.
Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn, but points do expire 270 days after you earn them.
Can I earn points at all locations?
You can earn points at all Alltown® Convenience stores and the gas stations at those locations. You cannot earn points with any partners at those locations, example Dunkin Donuts, KFC.
Do all purchases count towards earning points?
All gas, in-store and car wash purchases, count towards earning points except for purchases of free items, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards (including reloadable), phone cards, lottery, milk and taxes.
*You can earn points on car washes purchased in store or at the pump. You cannot earn points for car washes purchased at the coin box.
When do my points become available to redeem?
Points are available to redeem on your next purchase.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 270 days from the day they are earned
How do I know how many points I have?
You can track your points via the Alltown® mobile app, Alltown.com/insiders or at the bottom of your receipt. You can also ask a store associate for a loyalty balance receipt.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on your gas or in store purchases except for: alcohol, tobacco, gift cards (including reloadable), phone cards, lottery, milk and taxes.
100 points = $.10 off per gallon for gas purchases, 200 points = $.20 off per gallon, 300 points = $.30 off per gallon. A gas purchase cannot exceed 20 gallons.
100 points = $1.00 off an in store purchase, 200 points = $2.00 off, 300 points = $3.00 off
How do I redeem my points?
There are multiple ways to redeem points
- Use your Alltown Insiders™ mobile app and select the rewards
- Swipe or ask the cashier to scan your rewards card and select rewards on the pump or indicate to the cashier you wish to use your rewards
- Use your phone number and select rewards at the pump or indicate to the cashier you wish to use your rewards*
Your card MUST be registered to redeem any points.
*This is not available at Alltown sites with Mobil branded fuel
Is there a maximum number of points I can redeem? at one time?
You cannot redeem more than 2000 points at any one time. If you have over 2000 points when you choose to redeem, any remaining points will be left in your account for a future purchase.
Can I use a fuel discount on more than one vehicle at a time?
No, for safety reasons the discount can only be used on one vehicle, limited to the tank’s capacity and not to exceed 20 gallons.
Do I have to use all my available points when I choose to redeem them?
Yes, all your available points in increments of 100 must be used when you redeem rewards. For example if you had 225 points you would use 200 points when you redeem. The remaining 25 points stay in your account.
I went to redeem points and they were gone, how does that happen?
Points expire 270 days after your earn them. It is possible that your points had expired. Track the availability of awards on the Alltown® mobile app or at Alltown.com/insiders
Can I redeem points for cash?
Points cannot be redeemed at any time for cash.
How do the club programs work?
Use your mobile app, scan or swipe your rewards card or provide your phone number* every time you make a qualifying purchase to earn towards your free item.
*This is not available at Alltown sites with Mobil branded fuel
How do I know how many items I have purchased?
You can track progress on your rewards from the Alltown Insiders™ mobile app, at alltown.com/insiders or on the bottom of your register receipt.
How do I redeem my free item?
Use your mobile app, scan or swipe your rewards card or provide your phone number when you purchase coffee or fountain drink. If you have a free item the item will ring up free.
I picked up a card in-store and need to register it, how do I do that?
To register your card
- Download the Alltown® Mobile App and complete the registration process including the activation code on the back of your card. You will first have to create an account on the app.
- Visit Alltown.com/Insiders and complete the registration process including the activation code on the back of your card.
- Call customer service at (800) 480-0088
Do I have to use a card to participate in the program?
No, you can earn and redeem points, see available offers and manage your account through the Alltown Insiders™ mobile app. You can also use your phone number at the pump or in store to earn rewards except at Alltown locations with Mobil branded fuel.
What happens if I lose my card?
You can use the Alltown Insiders™ Mobile App in place of a registered card. You can also pick up a new card in store and call (800) 480-0088 to have it linked to your enrolled account.
If your card was fully enrolled you will still be able to access your points and club items earned. If the card was not enrolled then any available points or rewards are lost.
What if I forgot my card?
We hope you have the Alltown Insiders™ mobile app. You can use the bar code in the app or use mobile payment to earn or redeem your rewards.
At some stations you can enter your primary phone number linked to your account to earn or redeem your rewards.
If you know your card number, a store associate can report any earnings and have them added to your loyalty account.
Can anyone in my family use my card?
If you give your card to another person they can earn and redeem your points.
What if I share a phone number registered to my card?
If you share your phone number then anyone who knows your phone number will earn and could redeem your rewards. It’s recommended that you use a personal mobile phone number for your account.
Why do you require an email address and what will you use it for?
As an Alltown Insiders™ member, we want to make sure we can send you the latest information on your account and your exclusive offers. Your email will be used to send emails with information about the program
Why do you require a phone number and what will you use it for?
We require a phone number so you can use it as an alternate form of identification to earn or redeem your points in store. You can also opt-in to receive text messages with the latest information about exclusive offers when you provide a mobile phone number.
Can I use a mobile number?
Yes, you can use a mobile phone number as your primary phone number.
How do I update my information or phone number?
If you need to update your information call customer service at (800) 480-0088
How many emails can I expect to receive and how often?
Right now we send about one email per month and on occasion may send an additional emails with special information just for our members. Don’t worry we respect the time of our members and won’t flood your inbox with emails.
How many text messages can I expect to receive and how often?
Right now we send about one text message per week and on occasion may send additional ones with special information just for our members. Don’t worry we respect the time of our members and won’t flood your phone with text messages.
What if I decide that I don’t want to receive emails or text messages?
If you want to opt out of our email or text list, call (800) 480-0088 and update your preferences.
How do I download the Alltown Insiders™ mobile app?
Visit the Apple App store or Google Play store and search Alltown Insiders™ to find and download the app.
What is required to use the Alltown Insiders™ mobile app?
To have full access to the app you will need to provide First and Last Name, Birth Month and Year, Email Address, Zip Code and Mobile Phone Number.
I have a card or I created an account online. What password do I enter when I enroll in the mobile app?
The first time you log into the app you must hit Sign Up Now. You will create a password for the app and then be able to link your existing loyalty account using the number of the back of the card or the account number created when you enrolled online.
How do I use the app to activate a pump and complete a payment?
When you pull up to the pump open your Alltown Insiders™ Mobile App. If you are not already logged in, log in to access your account, select the pump number you are at and complete the purchase.
You do not have to press any buttons on the pump unless you are redeeming available rewards.
How do I use the app to pay in store?
When you are in-store open your Alltown Insiders™ Mobile App. If you are not already logged in, log in to access your account, select pay inside and provide the QR code to the cashier to scan.
If I have the app is that the only method I can use to participate in the program?
No, you can use a card or by providing your phone number at the time of purchase.

How do I see my receipts for mobile payments?
Receipts for transactions made through mobile payment are available as soon as the transaction is complete if you click on receipts
How do I set up mobile payment?
Enter your preferred payment method information on the app and you are ready to start paying with your mobile phone.
How does mobile payment work at the pump or in store?
At the pump, open the mobile app and confirm the pump you are at, lift the handle and follow the prompts on the app to complete your transaction
In-store, open the mobile app, select pay inside and provide the QR code to the cashier to scan.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use state of the art token encrypted data to protect your payment information.
Do I always have to use mobile payment?
No, you don’t always have to use mobile payment. You can still use the virtual card in the app in store without using mobile payment.
Is the mobile payment option only available with the app or does my Alltown Insiders™ card or phone number work that way?
Mobile payment is only available via the Alltown Insiders™ Mobile App.
How can I find out what offers are available?
The offers available each week on our website Alltown.com/insiders, in the mobile app or check your email for details.
Can I still use manufacturer coupons in conjunction with a digital offer?
Yes, Alltown will accept a manufacturer coupon in combination with Alltown offer honoring up to, but not over, the product purchase price.
How often are offers available?
Offers are refreshed every two months.
Can I redeem an offer multiple times?
With regards to coupons and other special loyalty card promotions the same limits and exceptions will apply. Coupons and other promotional discounts will not be combined.
When is my Birthday Offer Available?
Your birthday offer is available the first day of your birth month and expires on the last day of that month.
How does the enrollment offer work?
When you enroll in the program on or before May 31, 2018 you will receive $.10 off per gallon of gas purchased in a single transaction up to 20 gallons through June 30, 2018. To redeem the offer you must use your card, mobile app or provide your phone number at the time of purchase.
You cannot redeem points while receiving the enrollment offer.
How will you protect my information?
Protecting customer information is an important priority for Alltown®. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure customer information is protected. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
Will you share my information with anyone else?
Alltown® may provide customer information to service providers that perform services for us, such as sending a direct mail or email offer from us to you. We require these companies to sign a confidentiality agreement that prohibits them from using the information for unauthorized purposes. Your information is never shared with anyone else for their marketing purposes. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
